  • Not eating 3-4 hours before going to bed
  • Walking after meals (at least after some of them)
  • Removing acidic food from your diet
  • Removing heavy and heartburn causing food from your diet.
  • Exercising
  • Also you have an arsenal of remedies which can help you fight minor heartburn and heavy PPI artillery to get rid of severe one.
